Noir Opulence Candles now offers candles refills for locals. Refills are half of the price of your candle purchase. For example if you purchased our Radiant candle for $38.00, your refill price will be $19.00. You will be contacted with the drop off location. This process takes 2 weeks for curing of the candle. Make sure you leave your contact information.
